I must admit, in past presidential elections I have not voted. The time and effort it took to do so didn't seem worth getting behind at work. Even in local elections in my city, it seems as if i don't know the people running. They are supposed to be leaders in my community, but I haven't heard of many of them. Maybe if they came to my school, or school event, or even places like grocery stores, you know places where ordinary people like me are, I may become more familiar with them.
